Corpseburster makes my necromancer flash like a strobe light. I genuinely wonder how people with epilepsy respond to that.

Really? Corpseburster is one of a few that I actually like. The cyan flames climbing up the arms looks awesome IMHO. A bit of glow but not obnoxiously so. Screenshot below.
Soulcleaver on the other hand, is such a bright deep red with a huge glow radius, that it actually drowns out Grim Focus.
[edit] But yeah.. would be nice to be able to turn it off. I've had random comments about it when tooling about dungeons with my NB. They weren't exactly favorable, and I share their opinion.

It really does look like a strobe light that'd cause a seizure. You have to be in a darker, enclosed area so you can see the glow on the floor/walls. Like the scholarium hallways.
As for disabling IA set glow, only way is to have the set only complete on one bar and then barswap.
