Coldharbor Main Issue

Hello!

I've not finished the main quest since the game came out LOL so I decided to finish it. Several times I decided. I cannot progress. I thought I was doing something wrong, but it seems I've done all the steps - I am missing something and don't see what it is, I guess?

Stuck on Army of Meridia:
1. Have rescued the king and vanus.
2. My quest is white at "Restore the Hollow City"
3. I've done several outdoor quests, and two city quests.
4. The groundskeeper won't talk more other than the regular stuff (how to find the lights - I found them all, how to find the side quests, some of which I've done).
5. I went to the Harborage - nothing to take there.
6. Went in and out of buildings - nothing.

I don't know how to advance this quest! I'm assuming I have to do a big Molag Bal fight, but I'm not able to start it. I've researched this multiple times on the internet, and it seems I've done everything I should do. This quest is unclear on how to progress.

Is there anything else I should look at doing or is my quest broken? I mean, I would hate to do this whole thing again, since I really dragged it out for a billion years... :D Please help with suggestions and thanks!

    Talk to the people at the Mages and Fighters Guilds. Your direction is going to ultimately be North from Hollow City to the Chasm Wayshrine. But you may have some unfinished conversations and a meeting inside the church to take care of.

    Note, all the people you save show up to the meeting. So you may want to save some more. Basically clear the south, east and west sides of the map.

    Oh I haven't stopped into the guilds yet. No one is in the church. OK I'll try the guilds first. I have saved a lot of people. I still some side quests I can do. I found a list and can figure out which ones aren't done yet.

    Thanks for getting me moving forward. EDIT: OK! That was it. I had a choice inside the Fighter's Guild to go for it now or look for more. I decided to find some more. You know how many months off and on I've been trying to figure this out!? So happy I posted here.

    FWIW I usually do the Court of Contempt quest with the Vanus and King Dynar ones, and ignore the rest. You need to do a couple of prerequisite quests to get the Lights of Meridia on you way to the Oubliette, and those are enough.

    In theory, you get some extra assistance from rescued allies in other quests, but they don't make a significant difference. Just do the quests that interest you.
