The article does not state the time-zone/time-of-day for when the "Mages Guild Recall customized action" offer expires.

ESO Customer Support does not have that information, either.

It would be nice to know what ZOS considers to be "by May 7th".
People live all around the world. Or, does only USA EST matter?

If you pre-purchase in your region on May 7, you should get the action. In the chance that you do not get the customized action, please contact customer service and show proof of purchase on May 7th. They should be able to assist you.

For what it is worth, at 10pm Eastern Time, the store was still showing the Mage's Recall as part of the offering. Whether the player actually gets it or not, that is a different issue.

For what it is worth, at 10pm Eastern Time, the store was still showing the Mage's Recall as part of the offering. Whether the player actually gets it or not, that is a different issue.

When I raised this issue in other threads, the common answer by the community was "no", as other special items like this haven't returned before.

Feels like locking a mage's guild portal behind this one time limited thing is such a weird choice.

Guess I've to hope they add a recall that looks that looks like the mages portal one seen in game by many npcs.

A weirder choice to me is removing the recall from the prepurchase. Gives zero reason to prepurchase it now.

Id rather have the same one the npcs use. More immersive imo.
