Inconsistent visuals in Vanus Galerion (Prologue+Solstice)

During the Solstice prologue quest, Vanus Galerion's appearance was changed, including his hair. During the PTS, this same appearance was being followed in the Solstice main quest.

Something happened at launch, and he reverted to the hairstyle he had in the base game.

This creates a strange inconsistency, as in the prologue it appears he cut his hair, and in the new main quest his hair has grown back!

Are you saying The Great Mage and Master of Mysticism could not absorb energy and transfer it to his hair to make it grow faster?

Also, it's possible that he is supposed to have been imprisoned for a while.

The biggest problem is that the hair looks extremely badly done, even buggy, with the clothes, crossing the collar.

I don't disagree.

But it doesn't mean it's an inconsistency - I think it might be done on purpose to signal the passing of time.
