Echoing everyone else's concerns about seeing these incredibly common (and honestly, low quality) base game furnishings in a crate. Getting a pull like that would convince me never to open a crate again. If you're going to include craftable furnishings in crates at all, it should at least be ones that people like and use in large quantities, like tables, bookshelves, desks, or various lights. Decorating is my main activity and I've never used those four in any of my projects.
Argonian Bowl, Ritual
Argonian Seat of Comfort
Wood Elf Cup, Ceramic
Wood Elf Table, Formal
This is very disappointing and diminishes my excitement for the new crate.
Quick update here. Some face markings in the Carnaval Crate will be disabled on console as we work through a bug found after today's maintenance. This will be resolved on April 2. I'm excited for this crate! I can't wait to see the hairstyle and the armour pieces.
I have a (maybe obvious) question just for some clarity:
Will we be able exchange the superior rewards furniture for gems, like all other crate furniture?
The items in question:
- Argonian Bowl, Ritual
- Argonian Seat of Comfort
- Wood Elf Cup, Ceramic
- Wood Elf Table, Formal

Are you sure of it? Previously regular (non-collectible) furnishings like paintings or gates could be turned into gems.
Oh? I am not sure. I definitely could be wrong. Please let me be wrong!!! If being able to turn those basic items into gems is wrong, I don't want to be right.
@ZOS_Kevin Are these going to be implemented as "Carnaval" or "Carnival" crates?

I was able to break down the wood elf furnishings into gems. That does not make me any happier about the inclusion of such junk in crates, however. Particularly old low-res base game crafted junk, when there are dozens if not hundreds of furnishings (many with assets that exist in the game already) that people have been requesting for years.

This bears repeating. How utterly preposterous to include ANCIENT junk-tier earnable furnishings as a potential "reward". We're paying real money for this. Do better, ZOS. I am not buying these with real money only to get wood elf urns that basically all of my characters know how to make already, and have for years. Is this a new trend? It's completely unacceptable.
What are those outfits the bosmer and the argonian are wearing? They don't seem to be in the crown crates so Im guessing they been in the game for a while but I just came back after months
