How do i log in after warning? PC NA

Im on PC NA and received a warning to change a character name. The email said I would prompted to change it once i log in . However i havent been able to log in for almost 48hrs to change the name. I just get the account restricted pop up. How do I get in to change it?

    This has been solved, i was able to finally get in and change the name
