How to get a refund for 2 content passes on PS please?

Looking to get a refund on 49.99 version and the 79.99 version (my wife) since the game is so laggy right now it’s unplayable on the NA server, where we have played for 10 years with minor issues. EU server is fine, but I don’t want to start over, unless our progress and money spent on items on NA can be ported over. Otherwise, since last update, the game is just unplayable and being told it’s okay just isn’t going to cut it.

@ZOS_Bill @ZOS_Kevin any help appreciated on what steps we need to do to begin a refund.

    Have you placed a ticket for the lag issues? Just want to make sure we have a way of tracking.

    I do believe refunds depend on where you made the transaction. If it was through the ESO site, you can put in a ticket for the refund. If it is through the PS store, you will need to go through them.

    I just submitted a new ticket… 250507-000778

    The latency seems to start about turnover time, and doesn’t end until late at night for us. Other games online play just fine, the EU server is smooth - but the NA server is utterly unplayable. Latency can be anything up to, and including, 20 seconds.

    I can’t even complete crafting writs, let alone enjoy any aspect of the game. It was purchased through the PlayStation store, and Sony don’t offer refunds on games since it’s not considered a pre order - which I’m guessing you guys knew this and made it this way. So we are out over £125 and won’t even get to play the content we paid for.

    This is the example of shockingly bad customer service and consumer experience that the community are always talking about. I really wish you guys were better.

    I didn’t even get a reply to the ticket via email. Shockingly poor customer service.
