I saw a prior poster was able to get help for his friend in a similar billing-related situation, so I'm hoping someone here can help mine or direct me to someone who may be willing to help.
I would like to ask the community for help on behalf of a friend who has two accounts (
@WestDesert and
@WestDeserts).
His personal ticket on the situation is: 250425-003026. He is also trying to resolve it on his own through email since he could not access his accounts.

He's had no luck so far (going on day 5 now as it started 4/25/25), so I asked his okay to step in to get him help.
This is a billing issue.
Last week two of his accounts were permanently banned for a CoC violation.
I embedded the Zos email he received yesterday at the bottom of his note (he opened the ticket on Friday, 4/25.)
Key points:
(1) The official response given by Zos as of the time of this writing is: "We have detected multiple chargebacks through a third-party vendor..."
Those "multiple" chargebacks were a single charge to each account listed above on the same day, April 17th 2025.
(2) Further from ZoS : "In order to regain access to this account, you will need to resolve this issue with your bank. We suggest that you contact your bank and arrange to reverse the associated chargebacks. Once we have confirmed the chargeback has been cancelled we can reactivate your account."
His bank said they cannot reverse it because the seller took responsibility. The bank also told him all that was needed was for the seller (ZoS) to resubmit the charges for payment and they would ensure the transaction went through this time. He emailed ZoS back to let them know this and also offered to pay by whatever means needed to make it right with ZoS if ZoS did not want to go the resubmission route.
He loves this game. He would like to get both of his accounts back as quickly as possible (it has already been 5 days), and he is 100% cooperative in trying to make things right with ZoS.
So my question is -
Who on the ZoS side can help him get this resolved so he can get his access to both account back?
Any help in looking into this matter and helping him get it fully resolved so he can get his access back is truly appreciated. Thank you!
