• Fallen Banners and Feast of Shadows dungeon packs (four total dungeons)
• Access to the Writhing Wall event elements in the Solstice zone

Q. When does The Elder Scrolls Online: 2025 Content Pass launch?
A. The Elder Scrolls Online: 2025 Content Pass (and 2025 Premium Edition) will be available for purchase on April 10, 2025. Its content will go live in Tamriel throughout the year in the following order:

• Fallen Banners dungeon pack (launched in March 2025)
• Seasons of the Worm Cult Part 1 (June 2, 2025 for PC/Mac and June 18, 2025 for Xbox and PlayStation consoles)
• Unique collectibles (June 2, 2025 for PC/Mac and June 18, 2025 for Xbox and PlayStation consoles)
• Feast of Shadows dungeon pack (Q3 2025)
• Writing Wall event elements within the Solstice zone (Q3/4 2025)

Q. Are there in-game reward bonuses similar to past year's "pre-purchase offers"?
A. Yes! Players who purchase The Elder Scrolls Online: 2025 Content Pass or The Elder Scrolls Online: 2025 Premium Edition from now until Update 46 launches in June will receive a bonus mount, pet, and emote pack; plus, those who purchase from now until May 7, 2025 will receive a new customized action.
These are all in addition to the bonus mount, pet, and memento collectibles.

Q. How do I determine which is best for me between The Elder Scrolls Online: 2025 Content Pass and The Elder Scrolls Online: 2025 Premium Edition?
A. If you are a brand-new or returning player who would like to catch up on some of the game’s previous releases, the 2025 Premium Edition, with its game and previous Chapter access, may be the best option for you.
If you are an existing player who already has access to the game’s previous Chapters or who is only interested in 2025’s new adventures, the 2025 Content Pass may be the best fit.

Q. Is The Elder Scrolls Online: 2025 Content Pass included with an ESO Plus membership?
A. No, the 2025 Content Pass is not included or unlocked with ESO Plus. Note that the 2025 dungeon packs (Fallen Banners and Feast of Shadows) will be also available via ESO Plus membership.

Q. When I purchase The Elder Scrolls Online: 2025 Content Pass, do I permanently own all the content that comes with it, or does it work like an ESO Plus membership?
A. Once you have purchased the 2025 Content Pass or Premium Edition, your account will have permanent ownership of all included content.

A. The Fallen Banners dungeon pack (now live) and the Feast of Shadows dungeon pack (arriving Q3) will both be available via ESO Plus membership or a Crown Store purchase in addition to the 2025 Content Pass or 2025 Premium Edition.

Q. Why did you decide to change from an annual Chapter model to The Elder Scrolls Online: 2025 Content Pass?
A. As ESO heads into its next decade, the ESO team wishes to change things up and introduce content in new and exciting ways. The 2025 Content Pass and 2025 Premium Edition is the first step in that transition towards a more flexible type of product that ensures there’s always something exciting around the corner for our players.

Q. Will there be a new Content Pass for ESO in 2026?
A. Currently, we are focused on 2025’s releases and cannot share our plans for ESO in 2026. Expect more changes and experimentation as the game continues to evolve in the future.

Q. Will the zone from the 2025 ESO Content Pass roll into what ESO Plus members have access to in 2026?
A. The Solstice zone is premium game content, much like with our previous Chapter zones. It will be added to the content that ESO Plus members gain access to with an active subscription sometime in 2026. A reminder: you will only earn the extra rewards that come with the 2025 Content Pass if you get the Content Pass before the Seasons of the Worm Cult Part 1 launches in June.

Also, the parts of the Writhing Wall event that take place in the Solstice zone are only available via this year’s 2025 Content Pass. Players without access to the Seasons of the Worm Cult content will be able to participate in event activities that are not in the Solstice zone—more on this in the future!

Q. If I’m unable to participate in the Writhing Wall event later this year, will the story between Seasons of the Worm Cult Parts 1 and 2 still make sense?
A. The best way to experience the Writhing Wall event will be to play it when it happens as certain Solstice zone elements are only available for a limited time. However, if you miss the event, we’ve written the Solstice zone main story in a way that it connects the Seasons of the Worm Cult Parts 1 and 2 story. There is an additional quest that is separate from the Writhing Wall event that will be available in the Solstice zone once the event goes live. This quest will continue to be available even after the Writing Wall event ends, and it bridges the overall story.
