Hello!
So, this account (my main) is unfortunately registered in the russian psn region. As you may know, sony doesn't allow users to change the region of their account—even their support can’t help with this. The only option is to create a new psn account from scratch. On top of that, all transactions in the russian ps store are completely disabled, even including free purchases.
Obviously I physically can't buy crowns or eso+ on this account. However, I already have an alt in a different psn region; I even logged into ESO with it and created a char, but obviously it doesn't have any playtime or previous purchases or anything that would qualify it for crown gifting.
So I'd like to know if it's possible to approve gifting permissions for my alt, despite the fact that it is technically ineligible. I don't want to rely on some random sketchy third-party crown exchangers, and as far as I know, it's also technically almost against the ToS.
I only need my alt to gift crown stuff to my main; I don't have much DLCs, so I currently can't even play most of the game. If there are concerns about fraud or whatever, feel free to delete those free 500 crowns from my alt; I'll buy them myself. Also, I'll accept any restrictions you deem necessary—like blocking my ability to gift anything to anyone other than my main if it's possible to do this. Additionally, as soon as purchases in the russian ps store become possible again (one day, hopefully), feel free to immediately revoke my ability to gift from my alt, as I’ll obviously have no further use for it.
Also, I do have gifting enabled on my main account if this is of any help.
Thank you for your time.
